Thankful -Recommendations

It’s getting to that time of year… the staff at the Ferndale Public Library have a special display of recommendations for local readers – featuring materials, literary and cinematic, that are utterly appreciated foundations of our lives.

Artists, authors, musicians and filmmakers whose creations have had profound impacts on our lives… Thus, that we might not even be the same person without that crucial experience of -hearing this album or reading this epic novel…

How about you?

What are you thankful for, this year, (or each year)–that can be surmised in a work of literature or film? Would you like to add to our display? Next time you’re in – find your favorite book and add it to the shelf. Add a little note to express yourself, if you feel inclined. We’d love to know what it is that you love – have loved and continue to love- in the book world!

And thanks, also, for supporting your local library.

Come see what we’ve got cookin…
