Geek ~is a verb.
We all ~geek~ something… so to speak. My dad geeks Classic Cars. It’s his favorite subject, just ask him; you’ll see his eyes light up, his brain starts churning and he can tell you specific design nuances of obscure makes from specific year models. He’s an auto-engineer, it’s been the study of his life.
We all are passionate about various things in culture – be they art, history or science – and even personal things, like hobbies.
Inquiring minds, seeking enrichment… engagement… escapism… enlightenment…
Well, yeah, that’s playing it up a bit, but hey – my point is:
That’s why we’re here!
You know what you geek, be it gardening, cooking, action films or good mystery novels – We help you find it! Find more of it!
Starting in the Fall, we want to start hearingfrom you-about ‘what you Geek,’ and how we can help you embrace that!
